TECTORA BikeProtection Road Bike Frame Protection Film – STEK PPF Paint Protection for BIANCHI SPRINT

Your BIANCHI SPRINT deserves protection as precise as the bike itself. Our custom-fit STEK PPF paint protection film shields your carbon frame against cable rub, transport scratches, and rock chips — invisible, lightweight, and built to last.

Fitment & Compatibility

This kit was precision digital-designed and tested for:

  • Model: BIANCHI SPRINT frame (from 2023)
  • Material: Carbon frame
  • Sizes: Available for 50, 53, 57 and 61

Coverage & Protection Zones (11-piece kit incl. fork)

Targeted protection for the typical weak points of a road bike — optimised for a clean, factory finish. The kit protects:

  • Impact zones: Down tube & front triangle — rock chip protection at 50+ km/h.
  • Frame structure: Top tube, head tube & seat tube.
  • Fork: Dedicated fork coverage — often overlooked, often damaged.
  • Cable rub protection: Precision-cut pieces covering critical areas exposed to brake and gear cable abrasion.

Pro Installation Tips

  • Preparation: Remove the bottle cages and wheels — for clean access to every edge.
  • Positioning: Always work wet. Leave approx. 3 mm gaps between pieces.
  • Bonding: Use a hair dryer on edges — especially around cable and strap zones.
  • Important: Do not wash the bike for at least 7 days after installation — the adhesive needs time to fully cure.

Road Install Tip: Take extra care on cable and strap zones

On road bikes, most damage comes from cable rub and transport straps — take extra time on alignment and edges here for a truly invisible finish.

Technical Specifications

Film Material

We exclusively use STEK PPF — a premium thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) from American manufacturer STEK. Ultra-lightweight, crystal-clear, and engineered specifically for high-performance carbon road frames.

Film Thickness

208 microns — thin enough for a near-invisible factory look with deep gloss, strong enough for reliable protection in all weather and road conditions.

Self-Healing Properties

The elastic top layer regenerates itself with heat. Swirl marks and light scratches disappear with sunlight, warm water, or a hair dryer — effortlessly.

Nano-Ceramic Coating

Factory-applied nano-coating with Lotus Effect: mud and water bead off reliably — making post-ride cleaning significantly faster.

Warranty

10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing and cracking.

Accessories & Frame Protection for your BIANCHI SPRINT

A road bike at the level of the BIANCHI SPRINT is a serious investment — and it deserves serious protection. Before pedals, computer mounts, or bottle cages, your carbon frame needs the right base protection exactly where no other accessory reaches.

What makes this kit essential:

  • Cable rub protection: Prevents the most common road bike damage — paint wear at cable-routing points.
  • Transport safety: No more scratches from transport straps, roof racks, or bike boxes.
  • Rock chip protection: Shields the front triangle and fork from impacts at high speed.
  • Resale value: An undamaged carbon frame holds its value — a scratched one does not.

Film Quality & Material – STEK PPF

Our road bike frame protection film for the BIANCHI SPRINT was developed specifically for this frame — every curve, every cable zone, every edge fits perfectly. Transparent, self-healing, and so precisely cut that the film is virtually invisible once installed.

This bike frame PPF is engineered specifically for carbon road and race bike frames — not a generic wrap, but a model-specific protection solution built for speed, precision, and long-term aesthetics.

We trust STEK PPF — one of the most reliable paint protection films from the USA — for long-lasting protection that holds up through thousands of road kilometres.

The best protection is the one you never see — but feel every single day. Ride strong. Stay protected.

Questions & Answers

Is PPF film on the BIANCHI SPRINT really necessary? Or does a carbon road bike frame not need any protection?

The carbon frame needs protection every day — not just in crashes. Cable rub leaves deep grooves directly on the carbon, transport scratches accumulate after every ride, and gravel chips at speed cannot be removed. STEK PPF covers the entire frame like an invisible skin — without changing the look or aerodynamics.

Is it worth protecting the carbon frame of the BIANCHI SPRINT with PPF film? Even if I only ride on asphalt?

Our STEK PPF carries a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee against yellowing and cracking. The self-healing top layer eliminates minor scratches and swirls with heat. Result: the frame looks like new even after thousands of kilometres.

Is installing the protective film on the BIANCHI SPRINT difficult?

No — if you follow the right process. The wet application technique lets you slide the film until it sits perfectly. Focus on the head tube and cable zones, heat edges with a hair dryer only at the very end. Wait 7 days before the first wash.

How to apply your BIANCHI SPRINT Frame Protection Kit

Instructions

Clean and dry the bike thoroughly, then remove the bottle cage and wheels for better access. Degrease all installation areas with isopropyl alcohol and work in a clean space at 18–25 °C. Lay out and dry-fit each piece to confirm alignment before peeling the backing. Start with the top tube, continue around the head tube, then install the down tube. Apply section by section, smooth toward the edges, avoid overstretching, and leave about a 3 mm gap between separate pieces. Allow 1.5–4 hours for a complete install.
